Inspect main hose, leader hose & mini reel for condition

Is the class/capacity clearly labelled on the vehicle?

Are operator disinfectant/wash facilities ready for use?

Are all fluid levels within safe operating parameters?

Are there any water leaks present?

Are there any air leaks present?

Are there alternative fluid leaks present?

Are all filters clean and in safe working condition?

Do all fittings and hoses meet manufacturer specifications?

Are all components & equipment rated equal to, or greater than, the maximum operating pressure of the system?

Are all nozzles rated to meet the pressure and flow rate of the unit?

Are all nozzles free from blockages and in safe working condition?

Does the pump safely relief device appear in safe working condition?

Is the tank level indicator clear and visible?

Are remote controls in safe working condition?
