The records that are required to ensure the precautions are being carried out are.
Hot water services - Check temperatures flow and return at calorifier.
Hot water services - Check water temperature after one minute to see if it has reached 50ºC at the sentinel taps.
Cold water services - Check tank water temperature remote from ball valve and mains temperatures at ball valve.
Cold water services - Check that the temperature is below 20ºC after running
the water for 2 minutes at the sentinel taps. -
Temperature results hot 55°c > within 1 min and cold 20 °c < within 2 min
