Spend time daily on plant floor to ensure HR has necessary visibility.

Provide Time and Attendance Support to Leads and Supervisors, resolve issues, and notified of any attendance issues from department supervisors and managers.

Support all hourly HR issues regarding but not limited to, for example, W-2s, timecard and attendance discipline, Insurance, Security Cards, Facility, Safety, Dept. Managers, Dairy Pak Services Association, Payroll.

Maintain Employee files on ADP Cloud.

Audit effectiveness of communication efforts.

Participates in monthly safety committee meetings.

Schedule and participate in monthly plant “Communication" Meetings / Labor Management Meetings. Plan and partcipitate in shift meetings that improve information sharing and open communication.

Manages Annual Benefits, Biometrics Screenings, Flu & Covid Vaccinations at plant.

Review approvals using Kronos.

Workman Comp: Manage all accidents/incidents.

Manages random drug screenings.
