  • Spend time daily on plant floor to ensure HR has necessary visibility.

  • Manages Annual Benefits, Biometrics Screenings, Flu & Covid Vaccinations at plant.

  • Review approvals using Kronos.

  • Workman Comp: Manage all accidents/incidents.

  • Manages random drug screenings.


  • Audit exit interview data for trends and patterns - (as needed).
