  • For all Security Personnel

    1. Stay on site working until another security personnel has arrived.
    2. Have a hand over period for at least 5 minutes to discuss activity on site.
    3. Conduct patrols in line with Project Instructions.
    4. Read Project Instructions, Risk Assessment and Staff Handbook and sign declaration in site box.
    5. Report all activity with the control room.
    6. Ensure the Active Patrol device is on and working at all times.
    7. Ensure your mobile phone is charged and on during your working shift.
    8. SIA Badge & ID Badge on show at all times.
    9. Wear full Company Uniform no black unbranded jumpers and fleeces. Branded jumpers can be purchased. Uniform must be clean.
    10. Keep the Gate house tidy. Empty bins at the end of your shift.
    11. Do not leave personal items of clothing etc in client offices.
    12. Do not use consumer client’s beverages without consent.
    13. Do not allow access to anyone who is unauthorised

    For anyone who is authorised to access site:

    • Request full name,
    • Company Name and obtain
    • Confirmation from Control Room /Operation Manager even if you recognise the worker and they are part of the site team.
