The PPE uniform is owned by Proactive Security Services Limited. If you mislay, lose or damage your clothing you must notify Proactive Security immediately and you will be charged for the cost of new PPE. If your PPE needs replacing from general wear and tear then you will not be charged. If you decide to terminate your position you will need to return all items of PPE before you final pay is settled.

You have also been provided with a Kit Bag which contains your required uniform and essential items. As part of your terms in your Written Statement you must purchase these items in order to maintain your position, working for and with Proactive Security Services Limited. All items have been charged at cost price. The charges will be deducted from your salary/invoice over a 3 month period.

I accept that if any of the above equipment is damaged, through fault of my own or lost, the total cost to replace the equipment will be deducted from my pay/salary.

I accept that if any of the PPE Health/Safety equipment is not returned on leaving the amount will be deducted from my final pay/salary.

I accept that if at any time when I am working on a site without wearing or using the required equipment disciplinary action will be enforced.

I accept that should I continue to use any damaged or faulty equipment, this will be considered an offence of Gross Misconduct.

I accept that should my employment/contract for services be terminated at any time the equipment issued to me will be returned in a clean and good working condition.

I accept that should any sums be outstanding for non-returned Company equipment issued or for any equipment that is damaged or lost and the sums are not repaid by me in any way that the Company may take civil action to recover these sums through the local courts.
