Main AHU

  • Main Air Handling equipment inspected on this maintenance visit?

  • Ahu filters clean(dirty at above 150pa), confirm manometer gauge fitted and operational

  • Ensure all belts and guards are tight to evaporator fan

  • Confirm evaporator condition ( clean/dirty, fin damage or corrosion)

Air distribution, general plant

  • Ensure duct work condition( no physical damage, forklift strike ect)

  • Duct insulation acceptable(no duct sweating or mold issues)

  • Heating elements funtional ( no tripped C/B)

  • Access to heating elements accepatable

  • Plantroom and ahu lighting acceptable

  • Plant area accesable lockable

  • Adequate documentation on site(electrical drawings,manuals, duct layouts)
