Is the lock installable?

Is the tower access door been welded shut? If yes then grind open.

If the tower access door has been grinded open, has the area been treated according to the IHS Paint Spec?

Is the locking mechanism of the door bent or cut?

Has the lock been bent back to alignment or welded on the cut portion?

Has the affected area been treated with coldgalv if the tower is galvanized or painted as per IHS spec?

Has the tower door been realigned for easy closing?

Is there a 6mm hole drilled 100mm away from the tower door locking mechanism?

Has the 6mm hole been cleaned and treated with coldgalv 10mm around the affected area?

Is the supplied chain to the tower door been secured by a flathead bolt and penny washers on each side of the door?

Have all shear of nuts been sheared off and removed from site?

Have the bolts been flush cut with the shear off nuts, tac welded and treated with coldgalv?

Are the LED light visible when you press the button?

Has the site been locked (ABLOY SCREENSHOT and SITE VIDEO)

Has an overall video been taken of the site and work area?
