  • Is the welding neat and has fusion been made between metal’s?

  • Has the heat affected zone been cleaned and treated?<br><br>(Area affected by the heat of the welding, 5cm above and under the welded area)

  • Have all sheer off nuts been sheered off?

  • Have the bolts been flush cut with the sheer off nuts and tack welded on the<br>ends?

  • Has the lock been installed at the correct orientation in the casing?<br><br>(Ensure the LED's are visible through the two slots on the casing)<br><br>Video 2 of 5

  • Remove, label (with Site ID), and return old lock to the Neocom Office
