  • All cable labels applied as per project drawings:<br>-verify rack, in room devices/equipment, wall plate/table interfaces, user cables

  • All cable terminations are finished:<br>-verify RJ45 boots in place, heat shrink applied, Phoenix connector strain relief in place

  • All cable management is complete, dressed and clean:<br> -verify behind displays, under tables, equipment racks

  • All cable umbilicals and service loops are dressed (Velcro strapping or Snakeskin)

  • All rack mounted equipment has proper air flow:<br>-verify enclosed racks have forced air movement or fans

  • All beauty plates or blanks are installed:<br>-verify rack blanks are installed and any wall or table inputs are finished with blanks or decora plates

  • All ceiling mounted equipment is properly secured, and all safety harnesses are in place<br>-photograph above ceiling structures

  • All wall mounted equipment is properly secured and any lock out measures are applied<br>-photograph mounts (with any behind display devices in place) before mounting displays

  • All mounted devices are level:<br> - Displays, Cameras, Touch Panels, Room Schedulers

  • All speaker grill orientation is uniform

  • Audio output is balanced and even throughout the room (checking speaker taps)

  • System is tested and functioning as per the Scope of Work

  • The room is clean<br> - verify garbage removed, floors vacuumed, protective plastics are removed, and installed equipment is wiped down

  • All deliverables (remotes, keys, etc.) and end-user cables are in place:<br>- photograph deliverables in their final locations

  • Is this room ready to be certified?
