OPS clarification

  • Please note that we have at the moment three QR codes confirmed to be displayed. 1. Guest Service Console 2. Welcome Letter 3. WiFi. There might be a fourth QR coming from SC but still to be advised

  • QR code display style – All the QR codes will be printed separately on a Sticker (same as we have eKoran) and displayed at the reception. The location of the QR codes will be advised soon. The sticker papers will be ordered from Infor. Code will be loaded to Infor soon. Until then please have 3 QR codes on A4 Paper printed with logo of Residences by Accor and displayed at the Reception

  • QR codes in the Units to be advised and confirmed which ones we will have. For now please keep only Welcome Letter

  • Private Door signages Must be updated as per file Husseyn shared yesterday in Furousiya Ops Leaders WhatsApp Group. All Must be updated today. If we have transparent file, please place the Private signage in it before displaying it so it is protected from dirt and we avoid reprinting.

  • Any operational documents, forms used in the properties MUST have Residences by Accor logo. Please make an Audit and replace the logos if necessary

  • Damage and missing reports must also have Logo of Residences by Accor

  • Please with Immediate effect have Business WhatsApp installed on Reception Laptops and Smartphone of Reception. Have the WhatsApp guideline used. We strictly must follow the guideline. Guest Experience and Quality Managers to be on the top it and FOMs must monitor that guideline is happening. It must be implemented in ALL properties where we have Smartphones and Laptops. FOMs gather the feedbacks and let SOMs know so we can communicate to Varun about it

  • Shift reports and Emergency repots MUST be saved as Soft Copy. Now need to print out. We print them out if necessary. Paper cost is very high for the 2.5 month stationary order. If there is any report, you use and should be printed then it is ok. Otherwise refrain from printing

  • Private Signage in English and Arabic in format shared on 25th of October in Furousiya Leaders Group

  • Business WhatsApp set up in smartphones and laptops of Reception and user guidelines are in use

  • Three approved QR codes are displayed at the Reception on A4 Paper with logo of Residences Managed by Accor. No other QR code is allowed

  • Check ALL the forms and documents used in Operation and make sure that ALL have Residences Managed by Accor Logo

  • SOMs and GE&Q Managers MUST Run inspection in ALL properties for the following and make sure that ALL is done and up to standards. Deadline is Thursday, October 27th
