  • The receptionist was present, uniformed and wearing a name tag

  • Eye contact established and greeting was provided

  • Booking details were confirmed, passport scanned and returned back to me

  • Passport ID was obtained by Receptionist to verify the booking details

  • I could easily connect Public WiFi using the password available at the Reception

  • Assistance was provided with selfcheck in by Receptionist

  • Receptionist provided the tagged Unit key with Unit number on it

  • Receptionist offered luggage storage until my Unit is ready for check in

  • I was offered to scan QR code at the Reception for Welcome Letter & House Rules

  • Entire luggage storage and retrieval experience was smooth and seemless

  • The door bell is available & functioning

  • Unit keys are functioning easily without any issues

  • Property evacuation plan/emergency phone number is available behind the unit entrance door

Living Room

  • Furniture is good condition and soft furniture is clean and has fresh look

  • Lights in the living room, including the lamps are functioning

  • Airconditioner is functioning, set on +24 C, & romote control/wall thermostat is available to make adjustment

  • TV is working , remote contols are set on coffee table and TV channels are available via IPTV

  • Curtains of the Living room are clean, have crispy look and without any damage

  • WiFi coverage is available and I could easily connect using the password provided in Welcome Letter/Reception

  • Ineternet speed was very good and worked without any issues

  • Landline phone is available with its number displayed either on the phone or on the phone plug mounted in the wall

  • I had enough electrical sockets in Living room for my gadgets

  • Cleaning of the living room done well and furniture organized accordingly

  • Iron and ironing board is available to use

  • Hairdryer is availabe and set on the TV cabinet/cabinet

  • Kitchen lights functioning well

  • All the kitchen appliances ( fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking stove, washing machine, dishwasher) are functioning well

  • Fire blanket,fire extinguisher available and has last checked date on it available

  • Kitchen is cleaned well and kitchen cabinets are comfortably organized

  • I had 2 sets of cutlery and crockery per person in the unit was set accordingly

  • I had all kitchen utentils for cooking ( 2 pots, 1 pan, 1 strainer, 1 mixing bowI, 1 oven baking tray) available

  • I had, 1 chopping board, 1 Knife set, 1 bottle opener, 1 laddle, 1 spatula and 1 mixing spoon available to use

  • I had 2 kitchen cloth and baking gloves are available to use

  • Kitchen ventilation/AC is available and functioning

  • Kitchen sink had hot and cold water available

  • I had plate rack and one dishwashing sponge set next to the sink

  • Tea/Coffee set up organized neatly and enough (6 sachet/item/guest/3 day) for each guest staying in the Unit for 3 nights

  • Garbage bin is available and clean inside & outside

  • Extra garbage bin bag is availabe under the sink to use

  • Cloth drying rack is available (not applicable if washing machine has drying option)

  • I could easily access and submit my Service related requests using Guest Console via link privided me

  • Receptionist took my Service related request professionally asking questions to determine my needs

  • My Service requests were accomplished respecting the timeframe I was given

  • My Unit cleaning was done between 918:00 without any further disturbance

  • All the Tea & Coffee amenities were replenished as per standards

  • Living room cleaned well respecting my personal items in the room

  • My bedroom and bathroom were cleaned well and set with fresh linen and towles as per standard

  • My personal items were organized without causing any disturbance

  • All my requests in within the operator's scope were accomplished during my stay without any further complication

  • Security Officer was available in the building 24/7 and ready to help

  • Public areas cleaning was maintained well

  • I have received departure email notification 24 hours prior to my departure

  • The depature communication email was clear and easy to follow the instruction
