All areas inside the building and out are clean and free of excess debris

Food and food debris removed from the area.

Power properly secured at the end of each workday

Hand and safety rails in place and in good condition

Exits clear, unobstructed and functional.

Life safety equipment, fire alarm, fire sprinklers and exit lights in proper operating condition.

Extension cords grounded and in good condition

Power tools in good condition.

Hard-hats used at all times.

Cutting and welding operations properly conducted, permit system used and fire extinguisher on standby. <br>

New employees instructed in all policies and safety regulations and requirements.

Proper documentation available for all required agencies (OSHA 200 Log, MSDS, etc.)

Fire watch personnel receive appropriate training

Interim life safety measures in place and training conducted.

Job signs on fencing and gates

All scaffolding complies with OSHA requirements (1926.451)

Entrance to jobsite fee of debris and streets clean. <br>

No smoking on site premises

Floor openings covered with WT floor opening signage

Any items stored outside are secured against wind damage.
