Transfer of Dairy Components: Export Control Orders Schedule 2 10.1, 10.2. Approved Arrangement 5.6.9

  • All Transfer Certificates received in the last month from external companies must have all required information including establishment number of dispatching and receiving sites.

  • All inter-company Milk and Cream dockets (MK-100-O) for tankers of dairy components ( SMC, permeate) to be completed, noting that the component is not eligible for the for EU.

  • Each batch of dairy dry goods (SMP, Whey powder, Lactose powder) must be recorded on MO-018-A Incoming Goods Log upon receipt to site. Current batch of dairy dry goods being used, must be able to be traced back to day of receipt.

  • All dairy dry ingredients (SMP, Whey powder) must have a Certificate of Conformance (CofC) or Certificate of Aanalysis (CofA) from the Supplier. Note the batch number of the current batch and check the Outlook folder for the CofC.

Export Products: Approved Arrangement

  • A list of all exported products manufactured on site must be available plus the country to which the product is exported.

Importing Country Requirements

  • At least one person listed on the site Registration certificate must access MiCoR section of the DA website to check relevant Importing Country Requirements – these must be known by the site. DAWR auditors will require a demonstration of accessing the MiCOR area of the DAWR website.

Training

  • There must be training records for every person signing Transfer Certificates and Declarations of Compliance. A copy of the training records to be kept on site.

Currency of Registration Details: Approved Arrangement

  • Names on the Establishment Registration certificate must be current or waiting on approval from the lodgement of an EX 26 form to DA. (Contact Raewyn Campbell if the registration needs to be updated).
