VEHICLE RECORDS: MOBILE FUELLERS

  • Weekly checks: Interlocks, bonding cables/clips (continuity check), filter differential pressures

  • Monthly check: Colour membrane filtration tests, hose visual check, hose-end strainers, deadman (opening/ closure/ volume), fire extinguisher (condition)

  • Quarterly checks: Pressure and surge controller

  • Six monthly checks: gavimetric membrane or double membrane colourimetric tests, Hose records (Record date), Pressure tested, meter calibrations, gauge accuracy test, differential pressure gauge (free movement of piston and zeroing)

  • Annual checks: Fire extinguisher inspections, fire inspections/ change (check with 9.4, 9.5, 9.6), water defence (slug valve, if applicable), FUELLER tank inspections (annually from the lid on top of the tank), FUELLER tank, draining, inspecting, cleaning (every two years)
