Post-tensioning Design and Drafting

  • Is this a design and construction project by SRG?

Check Anchorages

  • Select post-tensioning system size.

  • Are the anchorages positioned within tolerance, according to the drawings?

  • Are the anchorages secured to prevent displacement?

  • Are the same number of anchorages installed as per the drawing?

Coil Number/Tag Identification

  • Type in Coil Number 1

  • Type in Coil Number 2

  • Type in Coil Number 3

  • Type in Coil Number 4

Check ducting and strand

  • Have the correct number of strands been installed in each tendon?

  • Are tendons positioned according to the drawing?

  • Have tendons been profiled according to the drawing and secured?

  • Is there sufficient jacking length for stressing?

  • Have grout tubes been installed and secured?

  • Have duct joints and grout tubes and dead ends been sealed?

Anti-burst reinforcement

  • Has anti-burst reinforcement been installed to all tendons, at each end?

  • If anti-burst hasn't been installed, has the builder been informed? Type in the name of the person informed and the date and time.

Engineers Inspection

  • Has an inspection been received from the builder?

  • Have all items on the inspection report been completed?

  • SRG Leading Hand - I confirm the post-tensioning installation is complete and ready for a concrete pour.
