ITS Technologies & Logistics Missing IBC Drill Exercise

INSTRUCTIONS: After a top container is removed form the railcars being worked, the crane/reach stacker operator and ground person has left the area, remove an IBC from a container. Place the IBC in the truck bed of your ramp pick-up truck.
• Return to the area of the removed IBC to observe the actions of the ground person.
• If the ground person looks for the IBC than notifies you the IBC is missing this part of the drill is a pass. If the ground person does not notify you and moves on to the next activity, coach him and retrain the entire ramp on the Missing IBC JSA.
• The form to document this drill is located below, please complete for all shifts every month.
Monthly Missing IBC Drill Exercise: This exercise is required to be completed at least monthly for every shift

1. If the ground person looks for the IBC than notifies you the IBC is missing this part of the drill is a pass. If the ground person does not notify you and moves on to the next activity, coach him and retrain the entire ramp on the Missing IBC JSA. Did Employee Pass or Fail?
