1. Adequate and correct PPE - Boots, FR clothing, gloves, goggles, hood, correct lenses

2. Tank Cart - Check frame, wheels, axle, chains

3. Gauges - Inspect / check operation, lenses

4. Oxygen Tank - Check valves, check for leaks, cap

5. Fuel Tank - Check valves, check for leaks, cap

6. Torch Handle - Flashback arrestors, reverse flow check valves
-
7. Torch Attachment - Fittings, threads, condition
-
8. Tips - Clean, proper tip for job

9. Hoses - Clean, no burns, chafing, fittings

10. Regulators - Pressure adjusting screw, correct rating, connection threads

11. Work Area - Clean, free of debris, flammables, fire extinguisher avail. (Hot Work Area/Permit)
