  • CCTV video cameras are presenting a clear image on the monitor.<br>If more than one image is blurry or cameras are not displaying on the monitor, open a work order with Facility Services; be specific. For example: "Front counter camera is blurry. Back door camera is not displayed on the security monitor."

  • Submit a picture of the front of the restaurant's DVR.<br>This will be used to collect information on the brand and model of your DVRs. An example of the kind of picture needed is provided.

  • DEMONSTRATE: Employees are aware of phone scam communications and protocol
