Runway surface condition

  • Is the fly over portion of RWS clear of obstacles?

Bird or Animal Hazards

  • Any animals observed airside or within approach or transitional surfaces?

  • Dos this represent an increased risk to aircraft?

Perimeter Fences and Gates

  • Has the fence been breached?

  • We're all gates found closed and locked?

Unserviceable movement areas

  • Are there any unserviceable areas?

  • Were they correctly marked?

NOTAM

  • Did you check NAIPS for currency of NOTAMS

  • As a result of your Inspection does a NOTAM need to be issued, cancelled or replaced?

  • NOTAM request form version 8.1
