Focus 4: Fall Hazards

  • Are any workers exposed to falls greater than 6'?

  • Is there roof flagging properly installed?

  • Are controlled decking zones being used and are they marked?

  • Are ladders used for access 3' above the landing surface, tied off and properly set up?

  • Are all ext. and step-ladders being used safely?

  • Are scissor lift being used properly with chains up and workers staying on main platform?
