  • The fridge temperatures are taken in the morning and in the afternoon every day.

    We use a laser thermometer to get the correct temperature.

    These temperature are then entered into the iAuditor app recording the temperature, the time they were recorded and the person who recorded the results
    All temperature record in degrees Celsius .
