I will be engaging in high-risk activities as defined by the Work Health & Safety Regulations 2011. If so, before starting work, I will submit a Safe Work Method Statement to Kastell and will have read, understood, and signed the SWMS

Work with Hazardous Substances: <br>- Handling chemicals, gases, or other materials classified as hazardous (e.g., asbestos, solvents)<br>- Activities involving exposure to biological hazards (e.g., mould or pathogens)

Confined Spaces:<br>- Entry into tanks, vessels, silos, or other enclosed spaces with limited access<br>- Work in pits, trenches, or tunnels where there is a risk of suffocation or entrapment

Electrical Work:<br>- Installing, maintaining, or repairing electrical systems or equipment<br>- Working near power lines or electrical infrastructure

Demolition Work:<br>- Demolishing buildings or structures<br>- Removing or dismantling structural components

Use of Plant and Equipment:<br>- Operating cranes, excavators, bulldozers, or other heavy machinery<br>- Using equipment that could pose a risk if not operated correctly (e.g., forklifts, loaders)

I am aware of changes to Safety Laws from 1 January 2012 and am aware of my responsibilities under new legislation.
