Scope of Inspection: <br><br>The inspection covers the entire construction project, including both interior and exterior elements.

Client's Responsibilities:<br><br>The client is responsible for conducting a thorough review of the property during the practical completion inspection. This includes identifying any unfinished work, defects, or discrepancies.

Acknowledgment of Unfinished Work:<br><br>The client acknowledges that they have ticked off all items from previous inspection & have identified and documented any areas where work remains unfinished or defective. The builder will make reasonable efforts to complete all work promptly.

Communication Protocol:<br><br>Both parties agree to maintain open communication throughout the post-completion phase. Any concerns, questions, or issues should be promptly communicated to facilitate a smooth resolution process. All warranty enquires should be sent to adam@nu-space.com.au

Review of Omissions List:<br><br>The client acknowledges the receipt and review of the omissions list provided, which outlines outstanding items. The builder agrees to address and complete items on this report as agreed upon.

Occupancy Confirmation:<br><br>The client's confirmation of the intended move-in date is noted. The builder will work to ensure that the property is ready for occupancy by the agreed-upon date.

Documentation Acknowledgment:<br><br>The client acknowledges the receipt of all necessary documentation, including certificates, warranties and manuals. This information is crucial for ongoing maintenance and understanding the features of the property.

Post-Completion Procedures:<br><br>From the date of this inspection the property enters into a 6 month defects liability period whereby the owner may submit one (1) list of omissions to the nominated email address above. On receipt of the list Nu-Space will organise an inspection where a separate report will be generated and used to complete any rectification work. Upon the completion of these works any retention money will be due and payable.<br><br>Both parties acknowledge the post-completion procedures, including reporting and addressing any potential warranty claims. The builder will adhere to these procedures for the duration of the specified warranty period.

Indemnity:<br><br>The client indemnifies the builder against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use or occupancy of the property handover.
