  • Do you foresee any issues with installing normal scaffold for the site size or access restrictions?

  • Will scaffold need shade cloth due to proximity of neighbors boundaries or driveways etc.? If yes, please nominate which sides.

  • Will there be additional edge protection, such as falls from retaining walls or work platforms?

  • Please specify if Underground or Overhead power?

  • If overhead, will the height or position of power lines pose a risk and affect deliveries to Construction activities ? (e.g. Frame delivery, Crane, Concrete Boom Pump operation)

  • Is water service easily located (location viewed from street)

  • Is there additional assets such as, Gas meter, Communications, Telstra Pits, underground septic, rain water tanks, fire hydrants, sewer pits, storm water pits etc?

  • Can the existing kerb outlet be reused?

Restrictions (Trees/ Earthworks/ Asbestos/ Rock)

  • Are there any trees within the building platform?

  • Are there any trees on common boundaries that may be affected by excavation and filling?

  • Will earthworks impact on neighboring properties? If yes please provide comments.

  • Is there any visible rock onsite? Or adjoining property?

  • Is there any signs of asbestos on this site ? If yes, WHS Manager to be notified and an Asbestos Clearance Certificate is required prior to the construction starting.
