A. Walking Surfaces

  • Fire extinguishers are not obstructed

  • Fire doors are not blocked

  • Exits are unobstructed & unlocked

  • Exits properly marked

  • Good housekeeping is practised

  • Liquid spills are absorbed

  • Excess trash/paper is removed

  • Flam/comb liquids/gas bottles stored proper

  • Space heaters are UL listed

D. Mobile Equipment

  • Persons operating present training cards

  • Operator has conducted check of machine

  • Seatbelt is worn properly

  • Speed limits are observed

  • Forks maintained at proper riding height

  • Machine is in good operating condition
