  • 1. Are all slopes and disturbed areas not actively being worked properly stabilized?

  • 2. Are natural resource areas (e.g., streams, wetlands, mature trees, etc.) protected with barriers or similar BMP's?

  • 3. Are perimeter controls and sediment barriers (I.e., silt fence, wattles) installed, functional, and maintained?

  • 4. Are discharge points and receiving waters free of sediment deposits?

  • 5. Are drain inlet CBP's installed, clean, and functioning?

  • 6. Is sediment being controlled on site and not allowed onto public traveled streets?

  • 7. Is trash/litter from work areas collected and stored or recycled appropriately?

  • 8. Are vehicle and equipment fueling, cleaning, and maintenance areas free of spills, leaks, or any other deleterious material?

  • 9. Is secondary containment adequately installed and maintained around required fuel tanks or equipment?

  • 10. Are liquid chemical, hazardous materials, and hazardous waste stored in secondary containment and free from leaks and exposure?

  • 11. Are non-stormwater discharges (e.g., wash water, dewatering) properly controlled?

  • 12. Are dewatering measures in place and properly constructed?

  • 13. If there is any visible evidence of erosion (I.e., rills) on site, are functional BMP's in place?

  • 14. Are stockpiles stabilized and/or protected per permit requirements?
