Carcass

  • Are all carcasses free of damage and cracking? inspect all seen sides of carcasses.

  • Are all sides, top rails and bases flush across the fronts? Take Pics. minimum of 5

  • Are all feet bases knocked in and in correct orientation? Pics of cabinets next to oven, DW spaces and at end of island

  • Are all hinge plates screwed to carcass sides?

  • For what reason are they not?

  • Are all draw runners installed to carcass sides? and pot draw runners have screw in front hole?

  • For what reason are they not?

  • Do pot draw runners have small screw at front to prevent dropping?

  • Does the job have Tall cabinets or open shelf units?

  • Are all knocked up and flush across faces.

Doors

  • All hinges installed to doors? and correct hinges used for each door. (soft close/overlay on correct doors?

  • For what reason are they not?

  • Are all Bump-ons attached to all doors and draws

  • Are all doors free of damage across face and edges?

  • Provide Pictures

Hardware

  • Are all draws assembled correctly? Take pics of sides to show base is not past draw sides.

  • Do you have left over hardware? if so please hide in hardware box

Process

  • Are all carcasses numbered on back and stored in correct rooms? (room number and cab ID written on each carcass)

  • Are all fillers and kickers stacked neatly and left in kitchen, with protection on floor?

  • Are all Panels placed in correct rooms and stacked neatly?

  • Are all stickers left on doors and draws and removed from carcasses and shelves?

  • Are all doors stacked neatly, with cardboard underneath and in correct rooms?

  • Is hardware box tucked away and hidden from open view?

  • All rooms swept out clean and all rubbish in bin?

Photos

  • Take photos of all parts of remaining knocked up job.

Completed
