Opening

  • Kids Club Opening Person to come 10 minutes prior

  • Switch On Lights, A/C and TV. Check and Report any defects (mention the defects and upload pictures.)

  • Make sure the Entire kids club (play area, toilet, store area) is cleaned and report defects (Comment & Pictures)

  • Check and ensure the Kids Club First Aid box and ensure the required items are available.

  • Check the No of Kids in house, Arrivals, Departures and ensure the Team is Aware.

  • Make sure all forms (Registration, Sign-in & Sign-out, Babysitting and Activity Registration) are readily available to use. Inform immediate supervisor for more prints if required.

  • Check the Activity Schedule and Prepare for day's operation. (Any store requisitions to be mentioned here)

  • Arrange all the Toys, Floor for the days operation.

  • Attend the Daily Briefing with the Asst. Recreation Manager / Kids Club Team Leader

  • The reason for not having the Daily Briefing

  • Clean the Splash pad area and ensure the place is cleaned and tidy (mention the defects with comments and pictures)

  • Games Area, Teens Area and Common Area is cleaned and Tidy for the operation

Sanitizing / Cleaning - Weekly

  • Make Sure all toys, equipment are sanitized using approved Chemicals - Every Friday (Mention and upload the pictures of the used chemicals and Cleaned toys)

  • mention the reason for not sanitizing

  • Clean all the tables, chairs and other hard equipment with approved chemicals (mention and Upload the pictures of the used chemicals and cleaned equipment)

  • Mention the reason for not cleaning

  • Make Sure all the Carpets, rugs, Cushions & Soft toys that has been in use sent for washing in laundry.

  • Mention the reason for not sending the above mentioned items for cleaning.

  • Clean the Entire Imagination playroom 15th of every month (Mention and upload the pictures of the used chemicals and cleaned area)

  • Mention the Reason for not cleaning

  • Clean the Entire Glasses and doors of the kid's club - Every Friday

  • Mention the reason for not cleaning

  • Ensure the Outdoor Playground is cleaned every 15th of the month.

Closing

  • Ensure the Entire kids club is cleaned and tidy

  • All the Days Bills are posted

  • mention the details

  • Emails for next day's activities are sent | ensure to add minimum 2 additional kids when sending the email.

  • Make sure the kids club doors are locked

  • Mention the Reason

  • Ensure to do a Safety Check all around the outdoor playground and check for defects

  • Make sure all lights, A/C and TV is switched off
