No evidence of more than 1 extension lead and plug adaptor per socket in any plugs

No portable heaters seen covered with washing

Portable heaters not left on unattended

No portable heaters in use in bathroom areas

No scorch seen on plug sockets easily visible

Is there a washing machine in the caravan?

No smoking sign displayed above external LPG bottles?

LPG bottle sited on a level surface

LPG bottle(s) chained to caravan

Gas safety certificate on display from last 12 months

No items inside the boiler cupboard obstructing directly beneath or around the boiler?

Boiler cupboard is easily accessible without any obstructions?

A glass/steel or fire resistant board/cooker back is in place behind the cooker

No scorch marks visible near the cooker area

Test hob - min. 2 hobs are working? (note as an action any not working)

Test Oven/Grill are working? (note as an action any not working)

Can you smell gas inside the caravan?

No defects/mould or furniture damage seen in caravan, paying attention to bedrooms at low/high levels and on the backs of seating. (Note as an action any issues)

All mattresses in bedrooms are in acceptable condition

All bedroom doors have working handles

Any evidence of soft flooring in the caravan

Any visual signs of faults/leaks/damage to shower tray/door/taps

Any signs of leaks or loose fittings to any sinks (bathroom, kitchen, toilet, en-suite)

Any damage or concerns with condition of flooring?

Bed 1 - wall and floor vents are unblocked

Bed 2 - wall and floor vents are unblocked

Bed 3 - wall and floor vents are unblocked
