Interview Instructions

  • 1) Always be respectful to the interviewee. They are giving their time to participate in the auditing process.

    2) Profanity shall not be tolerated under any circumstances.

    3) Feel free to re-state questions as needed. The questions listed below are for suggestion only.

    4) It is up to the judgement of the interviewer to determine whether a response is considered to be positive or negative. Generally it is meant that a positive response speaks to the desired outcome of the question.

    5) The final results of the interview can be obtained through the analytics portal. This portal will display the average score for each question. This average score can then be used to complete the audit tool.

    6) Note that some questions are duplicated across several interview types, this must be accounted for when populating the final audit tool.
