  • TM Inspections being recorded daily? (After initial set up & intermittent checks throughout the day).

  • Adequate advance warning/general signs for motorists,pedestrians,personnel and plant?

  • Safe routes provided for pedestrians/cyclists/disabled access?

  • Crew vehicles parked safely?

  • Is all traffic management equipment properly erected/secured and maintained?

  • Housekeeping- paths clean and free of trip hazards?

  • Members of the public being protected from physical agents(noise,dust etc)?

  • Are all Road & footpath surfaces clean and free of trip hazards?

  • Evidence of Road Closure/ Opening Licence in place and available on site?

Excavations & Utilities

  • Relevant utility drawings available on site/confirmed with the utility provider?

  • Local first Aider for site and identified?

PPE, Ergonomics, Welfare

  • Are on all site wearing the correct PPE?

  • Are PPE supplies in good condition and stored correctly?

  • Are welfare facilities available(toilets,hand washing,eating)?

Tools,Plant & Equipment?
