LEGISLATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A supply of electricity is necessary to perform the live testing and fault finding.

CUSTOMER DECLARATION

  • Whilst live testing and fault finding work is being carried out it may be necessary to disconnect supply at the sole discretion of the Electrical Worker in Charge and the supply may remain off until the work has been completed or the worksite returned to a safe condition.
    The customer hereby indemnifies INTECHSYS against any loss, claim, damages or costs including consequential loss or damage which any person including the customer, INTECHSYS, or any third party of the customer may suffer as a result of live work being carried out.

PRECONDITIONS TO LIVE WORK

  • A written risk assessment incorporating WMS01 has been implemented

  • Electrical workers with the appropriate training and competency have been assigned to the work

  • Testing instruments are in-test and suitable for work

  • Safety equipment is in-test and suitable for work

  • The work site is clear of obstructions
