Visual Inspection

  • Is there any damage to service cut out/metering equipment?

Cooker Circuit

  • Are the cooker outlets visually in an acceptable condition?

  • Is the electrical wiring from the cooker outlet to the cooker connection to an acceptable standard?

  • Are the readings recorded by the electrician within acceptable tolerance of what is measured today by the auditor?

  • Does the RCD trip within 300ms and does the test button operate the device?

Shower Circuit

  • Is the shower unit and isolation switch visually in an acceptable condition?

  • Is the isolation switch in the correct wiring zone as defined within special locations in BS7671?

  • Are the readings recorded by the electrician within acceptable tolerance of what is measured today by the auditor?
