  • All Manhole Covers/ Drains/Pathways free from trip hazard

  • Downpipes, gutters, facia and soffits intact

  • All visible roof tiles & ridges intact

  • Lightning conductor or roof anchor system maintained

  • External bicycle stores intact, clean, tidy and free of hazards

  • Bin stores intact, clean, tidy and free of hazards

  • External garages/car ports in satisfactory conditions

  • Water pumps operational, SUDs, pump room clean, tidy and free of fire/trip hazards

  • Play park equipment intact and operational
