Performance Audit

  • Scoring Guideline:
    Supplier shall be entitled to receive an incentive payment (“Incentive Payment”) of up to 5% of the value of the monthly progress claim calculated by multiplying the weighting of each KPI as set out above, by the agreed achievement percentage of the said KPI. The sum of the products thereof shall be deemed to be the Total KPI Achievement. If the Total KPI Achievement is:
    (a) Less than 80%, the Incentive Payment shall equal 0.
    (b) 80% or greater (but less than 82.5%), the Incentive Payment shall equal 1%
    (c) 82.5% or greater (but less than 85%), the Incentive Payment shall equal 2%
    (d) 85% or greater (but less than 87.5%), the Incentive Payment shall equal 3%
    (e) 87.5% or greater (but less than 90%), the Incentive Payment shall equal 4%
    (f) 90% or greater, the Incentive Payment shall equal 5%.
