For the PWC Rider. You confirm you have been made aware of the above and understand you must operate the PWC at a safe speed and avoid a collision at all costs. The instructor can cease PWC operations at any time if they deem the rider or the conditions to be unsafe. You will now be issued a Royal Yachting Association PWC Safety Certificate which is valid for 3 months and required by many European countries to use a PWC in their waters.
