- Repeated no more than twice per minute
- Low forces being used
- Movements avoid over extending limbs
- Working at waist height
- Avoiding straining
- Weights are less than 20kgs being carried
- Arms are not extended when operating power tools
- Workers are keeping body curves
- Workers are wearing gloves when performing manual handling tasks
- Workers are taking regular breaks between lifts pulls or carrying items up to 20kgs
- Coordinated team lifts are in place
- Worker know not to lift beyond their capabilities
