Machine Servicing Report

Visual Inspection (Photos Required)

  • Is there any signs of major damage

  • Supply photos of external - All 4 sides

  • Supply a photo of the compliance plate

Mechanical

  • Check Oil Level (take oil sample every 1000 hours)

  • Check for Leaks

  • Change engine oil and filter

  • Check/adjust valve clearances as required

  • Check all fasteners, manifolds and covers

  • Check engine mounts

  • Check Belts and Pulleys

Fuel system

  • Check Fuel lines for leaks

  • Check Governor Linkage and Oil

  • Change Fuel Filters

Air Exhaust

  • Check for damage to casings and hosing

  • Check for restrictions

  • Check Rain Flap for damage

  • Changed Air Filters as required

  • Clean Engine bay of debris and/or build up of dust

Cooling

  • Check Coolant Level

  • Replace coolant filter if fitted

  • Check coolant hosing for leaks

  • Check Radiator for restrictions and clean as required

General Inspection Checklist

  • Battery and Terminals are free from acidic buildup and rust

  • Check Engine Instruments

  • Check Engine Protection Circuit

  • Check Electrical Outlets are free from damage (No ingress points, UV Cover fitted, All pips installed etc)

  • Check Starting Systems

  • Test Emergency Stop function

  • Engine RPM and idle levels is correct

  • Machine has a Service sticker placed in Control Panel

  • Test and Tag is in Date

  • Fire Extinguisher is in Date and tagged

  • All warning labels and isolation stickers are intact and clearly visible

  • Machine has the appropriate Mynt and XRM stickers

  • Load Bank Test Required

Technician Confirmation

  • Log Book is filled out with this inspection information

  • Any additional comments on the machine or items to Note

  • Service Technician and Signature
