Has EU been made aware of approximate reinstatement times?

Has the asbuilt been followed? If not has the asbuilt been changed?

Is wall riser straight & attached with 2 saddles?

Does all trenching met appropriate standards? I.E 300mm cover on private property 450mm cover in the network?

If any pit upgrades have occurred have these been done to the correct standards?

If required have all pits been labelled correctly?

If ACM tap in has been completed is this to depth and been rendered?

Are spigots to depth?

Are spigots flush?

Has cables been tagged correctly?

Has cable been plugged into the correct multi port and port?

Has the network been re-roped?

If breakout has been done does this meet standards I.E straight cuts, all spray back cleaned up?
