  • Boilers (Level 3 North West Plant Room)<br>Check operational if required

  • Cooling Towers (Level 3 North Plant Room)<br>Check level in tower ponds<br>Check operational including Dosing Pumps & Chemical levels<br>Check Condenser pumps 4 & 5 (Coles ) western side of room operational.<br>Check Eye Wash Station Operational ( weekly)

  • Kitchen Extracts (Level 3 Central Plant Room).<br>-Check all VSD set in Auto<br>- Check room free of Waste & Equipment

  • Radio Repeater Building 1 (Electrical Cupboard outside Guest Lift Lobby)<br>- Check power to cabinet is on <br>- Check UPS in place and working.

  • Air Handling Units & Car Park Extracts (Level 3 North, South West & South East Plant Rooms)<br>-Please check operational & VSD units set in auto.<br>- Check rooms are free of waste & Equipment.

  • Distribution Panel (North West next to Boiler House)<br>- Check door locked<br>- checked for tripped Circuits

  • Kitchen Extracts (Level 2 South Plant room)

  • Air Handling Units & Car Park Extracts (Level 2 North, North East ,South East & South West Plant Rooms)<br>- Please check operational & VSD units set in auto.<br>- Check room free of waste or Equipment

  • Chillers (Level 2 North plant Room).

  • Kitchen Extracts North East Plant Room (next to Ramp up to Level 3)

  • Distribution Panel (North West next to Maintenance Workshop)<br>- Check door locked<br>- checked for tripped Circuits including Dynalight Relays

Plant Rooms (Level 1)

  • Main Switch Room (North West)<br>- is the EP&T equipment powered and operational?<br><br>Is the Power Factor Correction (PFC) powered and operational?<br>- check percentage value & if fluctuations are present<br><br>

  • Distribution Panel (North West within Main Switch Room)<br>- Check door locked<br>- checked for tripped Circuits including Dynalight Relays

  • Rainwater harvesting Tank Room (West)<br>- Check valves open & water passing through UV filter<br>- Check Life of UV filter<br>- check level of tank (weekly)<br>- Check the 'Check Valve is operational and UPS is on stand By

  • Air Handling Units West & South<br>- Check operational & VSD is in Auto<br>- Check room free free of Waste & Equipment

  • Fire Control Room (Outside South West Exit).<br>- check for Isolations<br>- Check for Alarms

  • EWIS Panel<br>- Check for faults

  • Mains Water Meter Room (Outside North West Exit)<br>- Check area clean and free of Waste & Equipment.<br>-

Plant Rooms (Ground Level).

  • Tenant Metering Room including Distribution Panel & IDF<br>- Check meters are functional <br>- check DB for tripped circuits including Dynalight Relays<br>- Check IDF board is secure with no loose or pulled lines.

  • Car park extract (off entry next to Richardson St )

  • Air Handling Unit (South)<br>- Check operational & VSD in auto<br>- Check room free of waste & Equipment

  • Gas isolation (Gas Safe) Switch & Intake/ meter room (South)<br>- check system is functional & not tripped<br>- Check room free of waste & Equipment

  • Communication & MDF Room (East of Gas Room end of Corridor)

Plant Rooms ( Lower Ground)

  • Distribution Panel (South west of corridor)<br>- Check door locked<br>- checked for tripped Circuits including Dynalight Relays

  • Air Handling Unit (adjoining Distribution room)<br>- Checks VSD operational & in Auto<br>- Check room free of waste & equipment

  • Car Park Extracts (South West next to lift & North Corridor )<br>- Check VSD operational & in Auto<br>- Check room clean and free of Waste & Equipment.

Plant Rooms (Basement)

  • Air Pelhams North & South<br>- check nothing stored within these areas.

  • Distribution Panel (North)<br>- Check panel door locked<br>- checked for tripped Circuits including Dynalight Relays<br>- Check integrity of Server

  • Air Handling Units & Car Park Extracts (North East)<br>- Please check operational & VSD units set in auto.<br>- Check room free of waste or Equipment

  • DAF Room (East)<br>- Check room not flooded. Low point pit empty<br>- Check inlet Flow Switch active (lights indication if working) west end of DAF<br>- check operational including Air Compressor<br>- Check air pressure correct (sight glass between 2 & 3 - between 6.25 & 6.5 pressure gauge)<br>- Flush Sludge valve (small valves at bottom of Tank leading back to DAF)<br>- Check stored level of both solids & fluid tank.

  • Sump Pumps (East & West) <br>- Check for high level alarms<br>- Test pumps in Manual

  • Grease Arrestor Room (West)<br>- Check for flooding

  • Sprinkler Tank Storage Room (South West)<br>- Check for leaks<br>-Confirm level full ( Tank level indicator)<br>- Check filler valve open

  • Sprinkler Tank Room (Weekly on Thursdays) Confirm tank capacity

  • Sprinkler valve room including diesel pumps (South West)<br>- Check pumps on stand by<br>- check all pumps are up to pressure required

  • Valves strapped open?

2 - Building 2

Plant rooms (Level 4)

  • Cooling Towers <br>- Check operational including Dosing Pumps & Chemical levels<br>-Check Eye Wash Station Operational ( weekly)

Plant Rooms Level 3

  • Are the Chillers and Pneumatics in Buildings 2

  • Boilers (Level 3 North West Plant Room)<br>Check operational if required

Tower Centre Management Office ECO (Tone Testing Every Thursday 0700- 0730 Hrs)

Plant room (Level Ground A)

  • Sprinkler Tank Storage Room (behind staff toilets)<br>- Check for leaks<br>-Confirm level full ( Tank level indicator)<br>- Check filler valve open

  • Sprinkler Tank Room (Weekly on Thursdays) Confirm tank capacity
