• Dehuller dust bin has enclosed room now to collect dust and the hole above has been patched. A separate dust extraction system will be added in future to reduce the dust within the room.

  

• Container door #3 has been installed and the project is now complete

  

• Power point for scissor lift replaced in lane 2, warehouse office space is being constructed this month

  

• Use First signs have been created

  

• Bulkhead 3 tunnel has been cleaned and ready for lights to be installed

  

• New Vacuum system has been ordered, waiting on delivery for installation

  

Outstanding Issues from last meeting

• Grain transfer pipe above soft intake is still not fixed. Tape has been put around the hole but has minor leaking leading to debris on roof and slippery surface.

• Bulkhead 2 door is still in need of repair

  

• Update on engineering and ETC date?

• Pipe on bin top floor still needs repairs

  

• Have the heavy duty patches been tested and ETC?

• Press 1 still has paneling coming loose on the inside of the door

  

• Maintenance have plans to weld and bolt panel back into place. is the ETC still July?

• Estop on press floor rubbish compactor is still loose. No rush for this job and press operators have been made aware to use the isolator when working on compactor not the estop.

• Would it be possible to move or add new tines slots for the choke bins on the press floor? These are capped and can only go a quarter of the way through making it difficult to get a good grasp when removing the bin from press floor forklift door. Is a platform a possibility?

• Bulkhead 1 door does not close properly, not a priority as there is no grain in this shed currently

• Dust collection: There is currently a large amount of dust being collected and used as remix. Normally we sit at 3% dust remix usage but at times in recent weeks we have had it increase to 10%. Is there any reason for this increase? Leaks?

  

• Reasons or ideas to fix excess dust collection?

• There is a small leak on the MicroStation that needs repair. certain product leak through it profusely like isoleucine and threonine

  

• ETC?

• New storage location near grain cleaner plant for wheelbarrows and other outdoor equipment. Indoor storage will be used for pressure washers and other electrical equipment

  

• Is this possible? and ETC?

• There are leaks on the dust collector discharge and ingredient bin 22 on the discharge floor

• Can these trays be emptied more regularly to avoid spills on the floor

  

• Ideas?

• Hendy's new concept for remix blower pipe to silos
