Are all worksites clean, sanitary and orderly?

Is combustible scrap, debris, and waste stored properly?

Are covered metal waste cans used for all oily or paint-soaked waste?

Are all exists marked with an exit sign and illuminated by a reliable light source?

Are all exits keep free of obstructions?

Are all tools and equipment used at the workplace in good condition?

Are appropriate Safety glasses, face shields, used while using hand tools equipment that might produce flying materials or be subject to breakage?

Are grinders, saws and similar equipment provided with appropriate safety guards?

Is the work rest used and kept adjusted to within 1/8 inch (0.3175 cm) of the wheel?

Is the adjustable tongue on the top side of the grinder used and kept adjusted to within 1/4 inch (0.6350 centimeters) of the wheel?

Are combustible scrap, debris and waste materials stored in covered metal receptacles and promptly removed from the worksite?

Are goggles or face shields always worn when grinding?

Are all flammable liquids kept in closed containers when not in use?

Are extinguishers free from obstructed or blockage?

Is each container for a hazardous substance labeled?

Are portable electrical tools and equipment grounded or of the double insulated type?

Do extension cords have a grounding conductor?

Are multiple plug adaptors prohibited?

Are flexible cords and cables free of splices or taps?

Is there safe clearance for equipment through aisles and doorways?

Is the Mezzanine storage area maintained adequately?

Is the welding area organized?

Are electrical cords and outlets, etc in good repair?

Are work aisles blocked with materials?

Are the chemicals properly labeled?

Are power tools in useable condition?

Are air houses properly stored and in good repair?

Are stored extension cords do not show signs of damage?
