PRE START CHECKLIST

  • Have you completed the contractor induction, read and understand the SWMS?

  • If you have any workers, have they completed the contractor induction, read and understand the SWMS?

  • Do you agree you are not permitted to perform high risk work on site?

  • It is a mandatory requirement the any onsite cutting that is performed, must be in accordance with the Marbut Stone wet cutting policy.<br>There is a zero tolerance of dry cutting methods onsite!

  • Are there any other hazards not covered in the SWMS? (Contact your Manager to report the site specific hazards)

Site Conditions

  • Have you read the projects site specific coordination plan, taking note of specific hazards?

  • Is there safe access to your work area?

  • Have you inspected the site for hazards that could injure you or your workers?

  • Amenities available and in reasonable condition, first aid kit in vehicle and emergency information current?

  • Stairwells including temporary stairs are in place and secure, stairs have clear access and no step greater than 190mm?

Tools & Equipment

  • Is your electrical equipment in good condition and tested and tagged in accordance to state legislation?

  • Are you fully equipped to perform wet cutting onsite as per the Marbut Stone wet cutting policy?<br>

  • Are all guards fitted and in good condition?

  • Is your P2 mask in good working condition, filter changed regularly and is worn every-time you perform a wet cut onsite!

  • Do you and your workers have the right PPE and safety equipment?

Hazardous Substances

  • Do you have your MSDS register with you?

Installer QA Audit

  • Cabinetry level, square & secure?

Benchtops

  • Take photos of all silicon applied to carcass/substraights and clearly showing packers used for 40mm plus edgework.

  • Is Under mount Sink installed? Take photos of it installed and all silicone application and Sink waste and accessories inside sink cupboard

  • Why not?

  • W/fall ends matched, smooth & mitres even? Take Photos of all corners of waterfall with top and bottom mitre.

  • Take photo of all Joins - tight and flush, and front and back if needed. (cutouts)

  • Join colour matched to top?

  • Overhangs parallel & even?

  • Do all doors and draws open without hitting stone? Take photos of all doors and top draws open. (showing warranty sticker)

  • Check oven gap is as per paperwork (take clear photos of front and back of oven space with tape)

  • check that Hotplate / sink / basins fit? Take photos of installed sinks and basins if applicable per state.

  • Remove all dust from hinges?

  • Check arris size 2-3.5mm

Glass QA

  • Wall surface smooth & clean?

  • Clean any excess silicon?

  • Clear 3mm spacers used?

  • Non-acidic silicon has been used?

General QA

  • Remove residue, clean surfaces?

  • Remove all rubbish & offcuts?

  • Check for any defect / chips?

  • Silicon seal all edges along adjoining cabinetry & stone? Take Photos to show

  • Use NO MORE GAPS to seal to plaster walls? Take photos to show.

Overall QA Photos

  • Notes / Comments / Details of REWORK carried out on site or issues to be resolved

  • Take photos of all Stone works to complete the quality audit

CUSTOMER SIGN OFF (Private or Maintenance handover work only)

  • I / we acknowledge the satisfaction completion of the installation and that final balance is now due and payable.
