Signage

  • Is the marketing bulletin board in dining room current with all promos?

  • Verify all current POP is up, accurate and in good repair and table tents clean

  • Does each register have POP on it and a sign on reverse that coaches cashier?

Sales Building

Catering / Outside Sales

  • Review weekly outside sales to determine delivery needs, coordinate with shift supervisor

  • Ensure all TMS are accounted for at all times, retrieve as necessary.

  • Call all outside sales from last year to look for opportunities to repeat orders

  • Contact local schools to stay connected to their needs and relationships
