  • 1. Place a call to the location prior to arrival. Was the phone call answered in a timely manner? Did the associate provide excellent service and did they answer your questions appropriately?

  • 2. Is the outside of the business inviting (curb appeal)?<br>

  • 4. From the outside, observe interior of store for a minimum of 10 minutes. Are associates actively engaged with customers or business supporting tasks?

  • 12. Complete a cash till review. Are pulls being completed throughout the day to minimize cash exposure (Outlet $100 or less and Showrooms $50 or less)?
