Terms & Conditions<br>I request to rent the scuba diving equipment outlined below and understand the following terms of this agreement:

1. I agree that the equipment is in good condition and fully functional
2. I agree to handle the equipment carefully.
3. I will not loan the equipment to any other person,
4. I understand that it is my responsibility to return all the equipment at the end of my cruise in the same conditions.
5. In case of damage or loss, I will accept full responsibility and pay a replacement value before departure.
6. Nor the vessel nor its affiliates and subsidiary corporations, nor any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors or assigns (hereinafter referred as "Released Parties") shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages to you, your family, estate, heirs or assigns which may occur as a result of the rental and/or use of the equipment, or as a result of product defect, or the negligence of any part, including the Released Parties, whether passive or active.
7. I agree not to modify or make alterations to any equipment on loan to me by the company that differs from the original manufacturers configuration or the configuration as supplied to me by the loaner, and if I do I accept full responsibility and agree I am fully liable and responsible for any injury, death or other damages to me, other parties, my family, estate, heirs or assigns which may occur as a result of the adjustment or modification of any equipment
