Are all steps leading to the yard in a good clean condition with no obstructions or damage to the steps or hand rails?

When observing a delivery taking place, do colleagues follow the process on the Delivery Risk Assessment?

Is the Back yard area free from pedestrians when delivery vehicles are manoeuvring in the yard? (This applies to a secure yard only.)

Are high-visibility jackets or vests and protective footwear (steel toe capped shoes) worn by all Backdoor colleagues unloading a delivery from a vehicle?

Have Backdoor and Warehouse Colleagues completed training in the delivery procedures appropriate for their store and is this signed off on their Training Record Card?

Are two people available to take each roll cage off the tail lift, standing either side of the cage?

Are Dot Com trays stored no more than 6 high on dollies and are dollies moved only one at a time in the marshalling and loading area?
