BUILDING AND GROUNDS

  • Are electrical panels marked and free of storage 36 inches all around panel

  • Are all breakers marked as to their purpose

  • Is there a MSDS book or electrical copy accessible to all personnel

  • Are all power tools checked for proper grounding plugs and damage

  • Are all chemicals labeled properly per OSHA requirements

  • Is all lifting rigging inspected and in good shape (chains, slings, etc...)

  • Is waste oil being disposed of properly

  • Are all air lines free of damage and do they have deflector nozzles attached

  • Are forklifts inspected daily or before each use (documentation)

  • Is overhead storage used properly and in good shape (check horizontal and vertical supports)
