  • Place setting bonded drinks coaster should be present with logo facing the guest.

  • Each place setting to have a Islande 30cl old fashioned glass. Glasses should be clean and polished

  • Glass should be presented onto of the coaster and placed upside down

  • Tent card should be clean and straight. Placed directly inline with coaster and glass for each place setting

  • Sweets closed from the sweetie menu should be presented in stainless steal bowl that is clean and highly polished and full

  • All sweets to be wrapped. Ensure no sweets are stuck to the bowl. Should be changed for afternoon session

  • Single fruit apples should be displayed in a steel bowl fruit must be fresh, washed and clean, all labels removed no knives or plates required

  • A3- macdonald meetings a-4 macdonald meetings and mini directory to be present. Pads to be clean and have minimum of 10 sheets

  • A4 pad placed on meeting table should be straight and in line with the chair

  • Selection of pen pots with appropriate level of pens ensure all pens in working order placed upside down in the pot with logo facing up 1 pen pot to 6 people placed on side table

  • Ensure lounge menu is current, clean and presented cover facing forward

  • Tissue box atleast half full in chrome cubed box no smears or finger marks with first tissue pulled out

  • Wifi sticker visible for delegates to see

  • Clock to be in full working order and correct time.

  • One map canvas showing our locations and KEY MICE should be fixed to the wall in a frame and correct size

  • Screen sizes should be appropriate to the size of the room, should be clean and un damaged

  • Provision of a working power cable must be available and visible in the room

  • 1x 4 socket power cable per 4 delegates

  • Every meeting room to provide facility for delegates to hang coats

  • Ensure flip chart is clean, un damaged and offered with full paper. Ensure that it is un used

  • Black blue red and green pens should be offered as a minimum standard. Check all pens are working

  • White boards the same standards should be adhered to

  • Ensure waste bins are empty and clean and placed neatly under flip chart between the feet of the flip chart meetings paper liner to be placed in the base of the bin

  • Ensure phone is clean and connected. In working order with the lead wrapped neatly around the phone.

  • Meeting calling card to be printed in black ink with details printed

  • Note pad and branded pen to be placed at the side of phone

  • Pick list of 10 old fashioned sweets

  • Small white dishes to be available to put sweets in. Must be available in all networking hubs

  • Feedback cards should be placed on every setting to complete on final day of the meeting

  • Encourage delegates to complete feedback card and place in feedback box in breakout area

  • Feedback box to be emptied at the end of the day

  • Feed back to be analysed
