Watering Cans

  • Stock to be down filled, faced up and roses removed from plastic and screwed on

Down filling of Key lines

  • Go through the aisle, bay by bay pulling down any stock from mid deck that can be filled on shelf.
    - Ensure where possible, stock is merched with a full box in front and replenishment box behind
    - tidy mid deck, organising all Holman boxes to be kept to the left of each bay, with corresponding stock above their relevant bays. Eg sprinklers above sprinklers
    - where possible bring mid deck stock to the lowest mid deck shelf so it is reachable with a stepstool
